Get Help With Your WordPress Site

Tell us what is happening and we will reply by email with the safe next steps and how we would approach it. A quote comes before any paid work starts.

Before you write

Please do not send passwords, admin logins or security keys by email or through this page. If we work together, we will ask you to create temporary accounts and share them another way. If your email account may be compromised, change its password from a clean device first.

What to include

  • your website address;
  • what you are seeing and when it started;
  • whether Google, your host or a customer has told you about a problem;
  • whether the site takes payments or stores customer accounts.

The incident checklist builds this into a short text file you can paste into your message or attach to an email.

What happens next

  1. We read your message and reply by email with immediate safe steps and any questions.
  2. For incidents, we explain the assessment and its fixed fee. For plans and hardening, we suggest a short call or a few written questions.
  3. You receive a written quote. Nothing paid starts until you approve it.

We aim to reply within two business days, and sooner when we can. If your site is harming visitors right now, put up a maintenance page while you wait, as our first steps guide explains. For urgent advice about a cyber incident at any hour, the Australian Cyber Security Hotline is 1300 CYBER1 (1300 292 371).
